Finance Manager (Indonesia)
Description
â Oversee the day to day accounting and finance functions
â Manage timely month end accounts closing, prepare and review monthly companyâs financial and Management reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
â Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports to headquarters in accordance with corporate reporting guidelines.
â Ensure balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
â Take charge of all co-ordination activities on tax and audit queries.
â Actively lead and participate in process / system improvements, internal controls and identify areas for continual improvement.
â Cash flow planning, monitoring and liaison with banks
â Be a part of the Management team assisting other members for efficient running of the factory.
Requirement:
â CA / MBA Finance / equivalent. Exceptional candidates with CA intermediate qualification can be considered.
â A minimum of five to seven years experience in financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and operations preferably in the textile industry.
â Candidate must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Bahasha Indonesia is an advantage.
â Self-motivated and ready to take up challenges in being a part of the management team in the production unit.
â Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
â The ideal candidate will have experience in Textile factory unit.
